The hotel is nestled amongst pleasant gardens with a decent pool, providing a serene ambiance. The rooms were very nice and clean, offering a comfortable stay, but some single lambs were present. The service was accommodating and friendly, except for the restaurant manager's behavior. The location, right across from a beautiful beach with great surfing, was enchanting, although it needs some work. The dining experience was good, with a variety of options despite some minor issues with crockery and cleanliness. Overall, a lovely stay with a few room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, surrounded by jungle and rainforest, made us feel immersed in nature, though they were quite basic for the price. The location with a swim-up bar and jacuzzi was great for spotting wildlife, but some areas needed better maintenance. The dining, although delicious, was marred by a constantly shouting manager. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.
I felt like the ocean view suite was magical, and the free breakfast was awesome, making it great for our family with two young children. However, the room could use a little fixing of minor details.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! Surrounded by the jungle, I felt like I was truly in a remote location, waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys. The rooms may be a bit noisy and in need of some remodeling, but the jungle/rainforest setting made it a unique experience. The Superior rooms were the highlight for me with their cozy ambiance amidst the natural surroundings.
The hotel is situated on the first floor of a two-storey block amidst well-tended gardens, offering clean and nice rooms. The service provided is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is attractive, well-kept, and right across the street from Cocles Beach. However, the dining experience, with crockery issues and average food quality, could use improvement.
Staying at this hotel was like being right in the jungle with lots of beautiful birds and butterflies surrounding us. The free breakfast was awesome, especially for our family with two young children. The huge windows gave us a wonderful view, although the sounds of howler monkeys in the morning might not be for everyone.
