The hotel is nestled amongst pleasant gardens with a decent pool, providing a serene ambiance. The rooms were very nice and clean, offering a comfortable stay, but some single lambs were present. The service was accommodating and friendly, except for the restaurant manager's behavior. The location, right across from a beautiful beach with great surfing, was enchanting, although it needs some work. The dining experience was good, with a variety of options despite some minor issues with crockery and cleanliness. Overall, a lovely stay with a few room for improvement.

I felt like the ocean view suite was magical, and the free breakfast was awesome, making it great for our family with two young children. However, the room could use a little fixing of minor details.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! Surrounded by the jungle, I felt like I was truly in a remote location, waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys. The rooms may be a bit noisy and in need of some remodeling, but the jungle/rainforest setting made it a unique experience. The Superior rooms were the highlight for me with their cozy ambiance amidst the natural surroundings.
